PPI ltd is a privately owned property investment firm. The company was established in 2007 and is based in the north east of England. Through our reputable property contacts we endeavour to make any investment as swift and stress free as possible by recommending preferred solicitors, mortgage brokers and lettings team, all of which will maximise your investment.

We have a strong ethos that we would never recommend a deal that we would not fully invest in ourselves. If it’s not good enough for us, it’s not good enough for you.

Profitable investments deals have two key elements, communication and good management skills. We have both of these.
